USE

1 capsule 2x daily with a glass of water after a meal. If you exercise 2x daily, take each capsule 1 hour to 30 minutes before exercise, after a light protein-based snack. If you exercise 1x daily, take one capsule 1h to 30 min before exercise (after a light protein-based snack) and the other one either after breakfast or lunch. Don’t take it on an empty stomach.
